Questions
What happens when I hit the Free limit?
Your existing workstreams and members stay exactly as they are. Turgor only stops you from creating new ones past the cap until you upgrade or archive something. Nothing is ever deleted or hidden.
What if I downgrade below my current usage?
Nothing is removed. Your existing workstreams and members remain fully accessible; you just can't add new ones until you're back under the plan's limits.
What happens when I cancel?
Your organization returns to the Free plan and your data stays put. You're simply back to the Free limits on creating new workstreams and members.
How does billing work?
Pro is billed monthly through Stripe, and new subscriptions include a 14-day trial. You manage your card, invoices, and cancellation any time from the Stripe customer portal in your billing settings.
Can I move between Cloud and self-hosting?
Yes. Turgor's core is open source under AGPL-3.0, so you can run the same product on your own database and domain. You can export your organization's data to Excel from the app at any time.
Do you use tracking or sell my data?
No. Turgor Cloud uses no third-party analytics or tracking cookies, and never sells your data. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
Is Turgor really open source?
Yes. The core product is licensed under AGPL-3.0 and available on GitHub. Turgor Cloud is the hosted version, with managed infrastructure and automatic updates on top of that same core.
