Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This policy explains what Turgor Cloud collects, why, and the choices you have. Turgor Cloud is the hosted version of Turgor, an open-source workstream-accountability tool. Questions? Email support@turgor.io.

What we collect

Account information. When you sign in, we store your name and email address. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your basic profile from that provider.

Your organization's content. The workstreams, deliverables, check-ins, action items, meeting records, and settings your team creates in Turgor.

Operational logs. Standard server logs needed to run and secure the service. Turgor Cloud does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide the service: to run your organization's workspace, send the notifications and reminders you configure, and process billing. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run Turgor Cloud:

Vercel (application hosting), Supabase (database and, if you upload a logo, file storage), Resend (sign-in and notification email), and Stripe (billing and payment processing). If you connect an AI assistant to your workspace, Stytch handles that authorization. If you choose to sign in with Google or GitHub, that provider authenticates you. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

Cookies

Turgor uses only functional cookies: your sign-in session, your active organization, your light/dark theme preference, and short-lived cookies for the sign-in handoff and operator access. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, and no third-party trackers.

Your data is yours

You can export your organization's data to an Excel workbook at any time from within the app. Your content belongs to you; hosting it does not transfer any ownership to us.

Retention and deletion

We keep your organization's data for as long as the organization is active. Managers can remove members, which revokes their access. To delete an entire organization and its data, contact us at support@turgor.io and we will remove it; deleting an organization cascades to its workstreams, deliverables, and related records.

Security

Each organization's data is isolated from every other tenant, and access is governed by role-based permissions. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
